OPUMAT-ZU

Instrument for on-line measurement of Oil-Pick-Up (OPU) on Yarns


According to the measurement principle there are two main advantages over existing devices:

  • absolutely no touch of the yarn

  • only rough adjustment of filament resp. bundle in the OPUMAT-ZU-sensor is necessary.

    Therefore, this portable instrument can be easily handled by the operator to check OPU-values over all spin positions.
