the motorized inspection microscope PR7
 

Due to the generous and stable portal construction, the UHL PR7 inspection microscope
is ideal for semi- und fully automatic spinneret inspection in high quantities.

The design allows the mutual inspection of the capillary and the counter bore on the screen with CCD cameras, without changing the position of the spinneret. The spinneret is put in the equipment with the capillary facing to the bottom, so that the capillary can be cleaned directly through the counter bore. The success can be checked on the screen.

  • Stable welded steel construction with integrated industrial PC and stepper motor control.

  • Supporting arm for monitor and keyboard

Axises:

  • The capillary is focused by a stepper motor driven linear stage, so that the fully automatic solution with IMS-Spin can compensate height differences with a video auto focus. A precise bearing box with dovetail bearing and rack-and-pinion drive is used to focus the counter bore.

  • The spinneret is either moved by a x/y stage, or by a rotary stage as y axis. Using the rotary stage, spinnerets of a maximum diameter of 405 mm can be inspected.

  • The x/y stage has a movement range of 400,x 200 mm

Optical system and illumination

  • Modular built up tube with infinite path of rays.

  • 6 V, 10 W halogen lamp for the incident light. Fiber optic for the transmitted light (controllable form the pc).

  • High quality 2,5x 5x 10x and 20x lenses with long working distance.

  • The special optic to inspect and illuminate the counter bore is installed at the second tube by default to inspect the counter bore.



 

A suction blowing device for the direct cleaning by air pressure is optional available.
