The manual standard equipment for visual inspection of small quantities. Improved by more than 30 years presence at the market, this inspection microscope is used world wide because of its high stability. The combination of a profile projector with a binocular microscope, it is possible to inspect the hole, using incident and transmitted light, within one process without changing the spinneret position.

Main unit, with base and x/y stage
 

base:

• stable welded-steel construction

• integrated transformers for incident and transmitted illumination

x/y stage:

• generous designed 6 mm roll bearings for long lasting durability with no backlash

• smooth running fine adjustment with a knurled knob, coarse movement by untightening a sticking lever

• 360 x 150 mm movement area

Optical system and illumination

The transmitted illumination for the capillary and the tube for the counter bore can be moved mutually
into the path of rays with a swinging slide.
 

• 2,5x 25x 40x 75x magnification on the screen with different projection lenses.

•  24 V 150 W halogène illumination.

• 20x 40x 60x 80x magnification in the binocular by different eye-pieces

• Special lens with integrated ring light for the counter bore sink

• 6 V / 5 W filament lamp.

Angular fiber optic illumination on the exit side of the spinneret: 24 V 200 W.
