the manual, modular inspection microscope PM4-6HOV
 

UHL provides a modular microscope for the inspection of very long rectangular spinnerets. The microscope consists of 1 m long cassette modules, which are made from cast aluminum and aluminum profile base elements.
The modules can be combined up to a length of 6 m. The counter bore is inspected with the approved special ring light illumination lens.
A video microscope tube with a CCD-Camera is used for the capillary. Both microscopes are hand driven. The video image of the capillary is shown by a CRT-monitor, moved with the slider.

 The movement range of a 6 cassette microscope is 3664 x 180 mm.

 The spinneret is put on two vertical fixture columns.


The traverse axis is built up with two linear bearings and a portal. The axis is fixable by a sticking lever and movable by a hand wheel.
A screwed spindle is used for the fine adjustment.

Both microscope tubes can be adjusted vertically by hand wheel, gear belts and screwed spindles.
