IMS-Spin has the possibility to assign multiple spinnerets on the stage for the inspection in one stroke without any operator action, during the inspection. Each spinneret can be assigned to a specific position on the holder plate by draw & drop on a drawing of the holder plate. Each spinneret has a unique number to store all available inspection an measurement data in a history. | |
